This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities and will include tasks as required by a busy CEO based in Guildford.
Key duties encompass general administrative tasks, so a strong command of MS Office is essential. Additionally, you will handle property management services, such as screening potential tenants and coordinating maintenance and repairs. Occasionally, you may drive the company van for deliveries to and from the site, so a driving license is essential.
The role also involves assisting with everyday personal tasks, such as running errands, walking the dog, grocery shopping, and picking up the kids from school.
