Job Title: Ecommerce Trading Coordinator
Department: Ecommerce
Reporting to: Senior E-Commerce Trading Manager
Location: London
Role Purpose

Jimmy Choo is looking for an Ecommerce Trading Coordinator, responsible for supporting with the day to day management of the regional Jimmy Choo websites, ensuring the site is up to date, relevant and localised to each market.

Key Responsibilities and Duties
  • Monitor trading KPIs and web analytics on a daily, weekly and seasonal basis, rolling into global eCommerce analysis, highlighting opportunities to drive performance whilst reacting accordingly
  • Collaborate closely with regional teams to ensure the sites are localized with regionally relevant content and merchandising.
  • Manage seasonal collection launches ensuring all product launch deadlines are met, on site touchpoints are updating accordingly, and owning the pre-order inventory process
  • Assist the Trading Manager and regional teams with seasonal lessons learnt, highlighting opportunities to be fed into the planning and buying process
  • Use analysis of customer behaviour and product performance reports to drive trade and decision making
  • Closely monitor competitor trends and activity, making recommendations to drive sales
  • Collaborate closely with Performance Marketing team to ensure regional category focuses are incorporated into marketing activations
  • Responsible for regional stock monitoring; run regular ISNOS (in-stock-not-on-site) reviews, manage pre-order inventory, follow up on regional stock deliveries, and flag any stock risks to the Trading Manager.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years’ online trading experience ideally in a luxury retail environment
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Google Analytics desirable
  • French, German, Spanish, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese language skills advantageous but not essential
