Job Description
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for:
Developing and implementing the company's e-commerce strategy to drive online sales
Improving the online customer experience and engagement
Managing and optimising the company's e-commerce platforms
Monitoring and analysing the performance of e-commerce activities
Collaborating with the digital team to develop digital marketing strategies
Overseeing the processing and delivery of online orders
Ensuring the e-commerce platform is secure and user-friendly
Staying informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital technologies
The Successful Applicant
A successful E-Commerce Manager should have:
A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field
Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role
Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Amazon marketplace
Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics tools
Solid understanding of web design and web analysis
Proficiency in project management and team leadership
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
The ability to work from their Birmingham offices 2 days a week - Mondays and Tuesdays
