Overview

Dynamics 365 CE CRM Developer

Fully Remote (Occasional London/Northampton Travel) 12-Month FTC Up to £80,000 Benefits

Responsibilities

• Join cross-functional sprint teams to design, build, and deliver enhancements to Dynamics 365 CE in support of broader business transformation.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders and a delivery partner to advise on best practices, challenge ideas, and ensure scalable, user-focused CRM solutions.


• Deliver hands-on configuration and customisation within D365 CE while supporting the full software delivery lifecycle—from discovery and prototyping through to implementation.


• Provide expert input on leveraging the Power Platform (including PowerApps and Power BI) to drive innovation and efficiency.


• Advise on system integration opportunities—such as an upcoming telephony integration project—to improve end-user experience and streamline processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in Dynamics 365 CE CRM development and implementation.


• Strong hands-on expertise with Power Platform (PowerApps – model-driven apps, Power BI).


• Experience translating business requirements into scalable, secure CRM solutions.


• Confident in stakeholder engagement and influencing third-party vendors or partners.


• Ability to balance strategic advisory work with practical technical delivery.


• Not-for-profit experience is a plus but not essential.


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across business and technology teams.
