Qualifications

• Teaching qualification CTLLs / DTLLs / CERT ED / PGCE required.
• Relevant L2 qualification in Functional Skills is necessary.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging induction to learners.
• Undertake thorough initial assessments with learners.
• Design and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons.
• Ensure learner attendance and complete internal processes.
• Plan delivery and assessment within a comprehensive scheme of work.
• Complete all assessment paperwork and records accurately.
