– Experienced KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant –

Location: Solihull

Start Date: January 2026 (option to start ASAP if free)

Hours: Full-time, Term-Time Only (School Hours 8:30am-3:30pm)

A popular, welcoming and well respected primary school in Solihull are looking for a dedicated Experienced SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our friendly team on an ongoing basis from January 2026. If you’re passionate about helping children thrive, we’d love to hear from you!

About the Role
  • Support a student 1:1 who needs additional support outside the classroom & within class settings depending on their needs that day
  • Assist the class teacher with resources, activities, and daily tasks
  • Help with playground supervision and other daily school duties
  • Maintain a positive, organised and safe learning environment
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with children, staff, and families
About You
  • Enthusiastic, patient, and child-centred
  • A great communicator with a warm approach
  • A team player who can take initiative
  • Experienced in supporting children in an educational setting and supporting KS2 / SEN
