Qualifications

• 2 years prior experience working in a Duty Management or similar role.
• Able to think on your feet and respond to variable demands.
• RLSS Nation pool qualification, desirable as training can be provided.
• DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of operational staff.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the leisure centre.
• Contribute to business and budgetary performance.
• Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team.
