Duty Manager – Fitness and Wellbeing Club

Location: Letchworth FWC | Contract: Permanent | Hours: 40 per week | Salary: £27,476.80 per annum (plus sales commission)

Responsibilities
  • Be responsible for the smooth running of our club, including opening and closing the club when on shift.
  • Prioritise Member Satisfaction and foster strong relationships with members.
  • Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits that only Nuffield Health provides.
  • Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
  • Help achieve sales targets.
  • Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo training at site, due to covering Lifeguard breaks.
