Technical Support Advisor (Dutch-Speaking) - 1st Line Support

Are you fluent in Dutch to business level (and fluent in English) and looking to grow your career in IT or digital technology? This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing digital media business supporting well-known retail and commercial brands across the UK and Europe.

They are now looking for a Dutch-Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join their friendly and expanding support team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for technology and an interest in building their career in help desk or technical support.

What will you be doing as a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Advisor?
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client support calls, offering clear and friendly 1st line assistance
  • Troubleshooting AV/IT hardware and software issues and investigating root causes
  • Managing support cases within the internal ticket management system
  • Providing remote technical support across Windows, Linux, Android and digital display hardware (full training provided)
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams and field engineers to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and delivering a consistently high level of customer service

  • Fluent Dutch language skills (business level - essential)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • An interest or foundation-level knowledge of PC hardware, software and digital technology
  • A logical, methodical and detail-focused approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-focused attitude
  • A desire to build or further a career in IT, technical support or digital media environments
  • Previous helpdesk or technical support experience is useful but not essential
