Overview

Our client is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dry Lining Estimator to join their pre-construction team. This is a key role where you will ensure accurate project costings, enabling the successful delivery of high-quality dry lining solutions across a variety of construction projects.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare comprehensive and precise dry lining cost estimates for projects ranging from small-scale refurbishments to large commercial developments.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to collect and analyse all project information, ensuring estimates reflect the true scope of work.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents to produce accurate and competitive pricing.
  • Ensure all estimates are aligned with company profitability targets, standards, and project timelines.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, material costs, and labour rates to maintain up-to-date and competitive pricing models.
  • Support the pre-construction team with risk analysis, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Contribute to bid submissions and client presentations, providing clear and detailed breakdowns of estimates.
