THE EMPLOYER IS: LITTLE BELFAST FURNITURE SHOPTechnical Assembly & Installation Skills - Learn how to interpret assembly instructions and use a range of hand and power tools for safe and precise installations.Spatial Awareness & Problem-Solving - Develop the ability to measure, plan, and adapt installations to suit different spaces and furniture types.On-site Coordination & Logistics: Gaining experience planning the execution of an installation with team members, coordinating tool/equipment needs, and communicating installation status and requirements clearly to the customer and team.Health, Safety & Manual Handling - Gain essential knowledge of workplace safety, safe lifting techniques, and proper tool handling.Installation Briefing & Troubleshooting: Gaining experience clearly explaining the installation process to customers, managing their expectations on timing, and diagnosing and resolving issues (e.g., product damage, spatial limitations) on-site while maintaining professionalism.
