Charnwood Borough Council in Leicestershire is recruiting for a Driver / Labourer to join the Empty Homes (Voids) team. The successful candidate will help turn around empty properties quickly and to a high standard to be available for residents to move into promptly.
You will work alongside builders and assist with duties such as fencing, paving, brick laying, pointing and most external works. Some basic cleaning and clearance duties may be requested. Other duties may include material deliveries and collections, so van driving skills will be essential.
