Salary: £32,916– £51,048 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities of the Drama Teacher:

  • Deliver dynamic and engaging Drama lessons across the school.
  • Plan, prepare, and teach lessons that inspire creativity, collaboration, and performance skills.
  • Prepare students for assessments and examinations, ensuring high standards of achievement.
  • Contribute to school productions, performances, and extracurricular activities.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment where all students can thrive.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.

Requirements for the Drama Teacher:

  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Drama, Performing Arts, or a related subject.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for drama and theatre.
  • Ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students of all abilities.
  • ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.
