A local support service in Llanon is seeking a Personal Assistant to help a young individual with socialization and community activities. The ideal candidate should have interests in gaming, history, and sports, and be willing to undergo mandatory training. This part-time role offers £13.00 per hour for 2 hours per week. I am a young man in my teens and I would like to employ a support worker to assist me with socialisation. I am an avid gamer who enjoys playing online games, but I would also like to start accessing my local community and amenities, helping me to find new interests outside of the home and increasing my social interactions. I also have a keen interest in global history and geography, and in the past I enjoyed swimming, golf, and trampolining. I would like a support worker with similar interests who can help me achieve these goals.
Assist with socialisation and community engagement; support introduction to new activities such as swimming, golf, or trampolining; aid in planning and participation in community events; encourage and facilitate increased social interactions.

Wages will be paid in arrears on a 4‑weekly basis once a valid National Insurance number has been provided. The employer will conduct document checks prior to commencement. You will receive the appropriate annual leave entitlement as well as all other statutory entitlements, details of which will be set out in your contract of employment. You will also be issued a Personal Assistants Handbook when your employment commences. You will be expected to undertake any mandatory training identified as relevant to this post; failure to attend may result in your offer being withdrawn.
