Qualifications

  • Previous experience in domiciliary care or health & social care is essential.
  • Full UK working rights.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a reliable car.
  • Solid understanding of care plans and safe care delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support with daily living tasks e.g., personal care.
  • Follow and implement individualised care plans accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families and healthcare professionals.
  • Drive clients to appointments or social activities when required.
  • Maintain accurate notes and records through our electronic care system.
  • Attend training sessions and contribute to team meetings.
