As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, your role is to help residents make the most of life, and in exchange, we will support you in reaching your full career potential. We are currently seeking Assistants at various levels to provide a variety of domiciliary, residential, nursing, and dementia care services as required. Your experience in a care or dementia setting, or perhaps a Level 2/3 qualification in Health & Social Care (or equivalent), is commendable. However, it’s your passion for caring for others, honouring their choices, and prioritising their safety and well‑being that truly stands out. As an excellent listener with an optimistic attitude, you engage confidently with both residents and their families, recognising the paramount importance of confidentiality in our work. With a readiness to set a positive example and assist the broader team, you provide care with dignity and empathy, striving daily to bring joy to our residents.
