Document Production Specialist (Remote)

This full time, fully remote role is perfect for an experienced Document Production Specialist looking for a new opportunity within a busy international law firm. We’re looking for candidates with advanced document production skills and a high level of integrity, supporting UK, European, and International offices with quick and accurate turnaround of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe, create, format, rebrand and amend emails, correspondence, meeting notes, documents, reports, billing narratives and mail merges
  • Prepare electronic engrossments, including ancillary documentation and diagrams
  • Produce and amend PowerPoint, Visio and Jigsaw presentations, organisational charts, diagrams and family trees
  • Create and update marketing materials, including team sheets, seminar slides and pitches
  • Create, format and edit Excel spreadsheets, including formulas, charts and pivot tables
  • Proofread documents to ensure compliance with firm branding, house style and procedures
  • Support Partners and fee earners by trouble‑shutting IT issues and sharing system knowledge and best practices
  • Build solid relationships with and provide regular updates to service users on the progress of tasks
Skills & Requirements:
  • Previous Document Production experience, working across various Practice Areas within a law firm
  • Ability to quickly build confidence, respect and trust with others
  • Experience of using BigHand is essential
  • An understanding of Visio and Jigsaw is required
  • Advanced knowledge through Moss accreditation of Microsoft Word, DocXtools, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the capabilities of Adobe Pro and an understanding of Definely Proof
  • Ability to repair documents independently and clean document formatting and reformat in the Firm’s house style
