Having developed and built in excess of 700MWp BSR are a major contributor to the UK Renewable Energy Sector.

About this role

The Document Controller is responsible for the gathering, maintaining and organisation of project documentation in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and project requirements. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of documentation throughout the project lifecycle, supporting commissioning, construction, and post‑construction activities.

What you’ll be doing
Document Management
  • Receive, maintain, control, distribute, and file documentation in line with project requirements.
  • Produce EPC final document packs, including O&M Manuals, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.
  • Supporting the H&S file compilation and updating as required for each project.
Compliance & Accuracy
  • Gather and collate documentation for revenue requirements, including CfDs.
  • Cross‑reference all documentation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Coordination & Communication
  • Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to verify information and resolve documentation issues.
Archiving & Tracking
  • Archive documentation per contractor and project requirements.
  • Produce document lists and trackers, ensuring timely issuance for each site build.
Project Support
  • Assist the various project stakeholders with organising site visits and compiling and managing progress on snagging lists.
  • Collaborate with wider Post Construction and the Asset Management teams to meet EPC milestones (TOC, IAC, FAC) and ensure payment compliance.
Reporting & Data Management
  • Prepare reports for SPV and Asset Management teams as required.
  • Monitor and utilise data for contractual reporting, including monthly and annual PR and availability figures.
Additional Duties
  • Create, edit, and share site punch lists throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong organisational and document control skills.
  • Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of EPC processes and project lifecycle is desirable.
