Location: Bristol

Salary: £30,000-£32,000

Hours: 35/week

Role - Document Controller

Our Client is looking for an organised and customer-focused Process Administrator to coordinate deliveries to construction sites across the UK. You'll liaise with customers, factories, and freight partners to ensure orders run smoothly from arrival to delivery.

Responsibilities:
  • Liaise daily with our controls partners and customers to monitor project progress.
  • Maintain and prioritise the project documentation and update trackers with project progress.
  • Provide support to our internal team and external customers on projects.
  • Ensure that all documents or actions are recorded and followed up on.
  • Proactively support & manage the paperwork side of the project from quote to completion.
  • Resolve issues as necessary.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with our customers; most of our business is repeat custom.
  • Take an active role in the continuous improvement of our processes.
