A state department is seeking a Customer Service Technician to manage customer transactions at the Tappahannock Customer Service Center. Responsibilities include issuing IDs, processing applications, and conducting tests for drivers. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to work under pressure, and must be available Monday to Saturday with varied hours. Additional training will be provided to ensure success in this role.
