CMVM / Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies / Roslin Institute, Easter Bush Campus
Full time: 35 hours per week
Open-ended (permanent)

This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and we are open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combine a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

The salary for this post is £29,588 - £33,951 per annum.

Responsibilities
  • The post-holder will be expected to multi-task their duties in an organised, coordinated approach, maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in record keeping.
  • Provide secretariat support for various committees, including taking minutes and monitoring follow-up on actions.
  • Manage diaries and provide support to seminars, meetings and events.
  • Carry out proof reading, drafting and editing of communications with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collate data or perform basic analysis to present information in an appropriate manner.
  • Be resourceful and work closely with the operational team to understand how to improve processes within the administrative team.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
