A regional health authority in Wales is seeking a full-time Team Leader to join the District Nursing Team. The role involves managing a team of community nurses and health care support workers, where you will provide clinical leadership and manage staff effectively. Significant experience in community nursing is required, alongside a specialist practitioner qualification. Knowledge of the Welsh language is desirable. This position is based in the Brynamman area and is crucial for delivering quality healthcare services to the local population.

Full Time, 37.5 hours per week, Band 7 Team Leader within the District Nursing Team – Amman/Gwendraeth Cluster in Carmarthenshire. This role will be for one of the three District Nurse teams within the locality. Base to be confirmed.
