• Proven track record in supply chain or distribution management within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong project leadership skills, with experience delivering measurable improvements and strategic initiatives.
• Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage relationships with primary distribution partners.
• Coach and develop a direct report (Supply Planner).
• Own distributor KPI reporting and present updates to senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Procurement to manage product lifecycle changes.
• Drive improvement initiatives within Distribution.
