Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified to at least a Masters Level degree in a related discipline area.
• Demonstrable experience in academic research and dissertation supervision.
• Experience of working in Higher Education.

Responsibilities

• Support students in defining and refining their research questions.
• Provide structured feedback on dissertation drafts.
• Maintain regular contact with assigned students through scheduled supervision meetings.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methodology

Good IT skills working on all Microsoft packages
