An educational institution in Chalfont St. Peter is seeking a qualified individual to guide students through the dissertation process. The role will involve regular meetings and support for research projects, requiring a Masters degree and experience in academic research. Ideal candidates will be skilled in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, possess strong communication skills, and be passionate about fostering an inclusive learning environment. Flexible working hours and IT proficiency are also needed.
Salary: 250 per student in all locations. This includes supervisory time, formative feedback, 1st marking and 2nd marking as well as ad-hoc meetings.
Are you someone who can guide students through the process of writing their dissertations? Do you have previous experience of providing dissertation supervision combined with demonstrable experience in Business and Tourism Management as well working with adult learners from diverse backgrounds? We want to hear from you! You will join the teaching teams and support the research project module.
