Disrepair Surveyor needed in Bristol

This is a temporary contract paying £231.22 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will ensure all legal claims within Repairs and Maintenance are successfully investigated and completed with minimal litigation, addressing tenants' expectations regarding property conditions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections, coordinating and overseeing necessary repairs including monitoring the work of the trade teams and contractors, from start to completion, ensuring delivery of high quality work, ensuring clear communication with tenants, providing them with a detailed report to each case, achieving high customer satisfaction.
