A well-established law firm is looking for an experienced Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their Dispute Resolution department in Kingsbridge. The role involves managing a varied caseload while promoting work-life balance in a supportive environment. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in dispute resolution, strong client relationship skills, and a passion for excellent client care. Job Summary
In order to continue the growth of our Dispute Resolution department, we are looking to recruit an experienced qualified lawyer to work across a varied caseload under the supervision of Ian Spencer, Director and Head of the Dispute Resolution department and other senior members in the team.
The department has a wide variety of disputes including, commercial litigation, commercial property litigation, property litigation, contentious trusts and probate and construction disputes. There would be the opportunity to specialise in one or more of these areas and grow that area.
This is a great opportunity to work on high profile, value and complexity disputes similar to a high-level city firm whilst maintaining the advantages of the healthy work/life balance of a smaller practice
Ideally this is a full-time, permanent role based within the firm’s Kingsbridge office and the successful candidate would work predominantly from this office. However, there is flexibility to work remotely or from our other offices including Bristol or Plymouth for the right candidate.
