As a Dispersions Student Placement in Blackley, Great Britain, you will have the opportunity to contribute to pioneering projects that directly impact our product portfolio and customer satisfaction.

This position is designed for motivated students eager to develop their technical expertise in pigment and dye dispersions. You will play a key role in evaluating new processes, interpreting analytical and performance data, and supporting ongoing product enhancement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
  • Engage as an active member of a dynamic and creative research team, contributing to diverse application areas within inkjet printing technology.
  • Design, execute, and analyze evaluations of new pigment and dye dispersion processes aligned with defined business goals to enhance product performance and innovation.
  • Collaborate closely with our production site in Barnsley to translate R&D findings into scalable manufacturing processes, ensuring practical applicability and quality standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing products by evaluating and implementing process and raw material optimizations based on experimental data and industry best practices.
  • Take initiative to propose, develop, and test your own ideas within the scope of the project objectives, fostering an innovative and proactive work culture.
  • Document experimental procedures and outcomes meticulously, interpreting results to provide clear, insightful reports and presentations to colleagues and project stakeholders.
  • Communicate scientific data effectively during internal meetings, contributing to knowledge sharing and team decision-making.

Qualifications and Competencies
