Job Type: Full-time, including Saturdays (9am-5.30pm)

Zest Optical are recruiting on behalf of a small, independent Opticians in Dudley who are seeking a Dispensing Optician Manager to lead and develop their practices.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Dispensing Optician to move into management and influence the growth of two well-established practices under new ownership. You will work closely with the Director and help shape the business's future during an exciting expansion phase.

The Role

1. Manage daily operations of two independent optician practices in Dudley
2. Dispense lenses and frames, providing expert advice to a diverse patient base
3. Lead, train, and support staff to ensure excellent customer care
4. Collaborate with the Director on practice development and growth strategies
5. Maintain high clinical and commercial standards in accordance with GOC requirements

The Person

1. Fully qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician
2. Experience in management or supervisory roles (preferred)
3. Passionate about patient care and customer service in optics
4. Commercially minded with a drive to contribute to business growth
5. Organised, confident, and proactive in a busy environment
