The practice is relocating to a brand-new site, offering double clinics, hearcare services, and an upgraded working environment. You will be part of a supportive, ambitious team committed to delivering outstanding patient care and showcasing an exceptional selection of independent eyewear brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to all patients
• Lead frame styling and offer product recommendations based on patient needs
• Support Optometrists and Audiologists in delivering clinical services
• Manage appointment bookings, collections, and general front-of-house duties
• Operate with the latest technology systems
• Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional practice environment
