Responsibilities

• I will be responsible for coordinating the turnaround of the aircraft.
• I will ensure all services are in place for on-time departure.
• I will maintain compliance with airlines weight and balance regulations.
• I will detail delay reports to relevant authorities.
• I will perform various paperwork and administrative duties.
• I will work with my team to provide positive journeys.
• I will work outside in all weather conditions.
• I may undertake activities to support the business needs.
• I may work shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.

Dispatch Agent

Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
FTC - Expiring 31st October 2026
Estimated Start Date - 16th February 2026 (vetting and referencing dependant)
4 on 4 off shift pattern

About The Role

Our Dispatch Team play a crucial part in supporting the airport to thrive and operate seamlessly, as a Dispatch Agent at LSA you will be responsible for conducting the turnaround of the aircraft, with each department involved to ensure a smooth and on time departure for our passengers

Responsibilities

• I will be responsible for coordinating the turnaround of the aircraft from their pre arrival all the way through to their post departure.
• I will be responsible for ensuring that all services are in place for an on-time departure.
• I will be responsible for maintaining compliance with each airlines weight and balance regulations.
• In the instance of a delay, I will be responsible for detailing the delay report to all relevant authorities.
• I will perform various paperwork and administrative duties.
• I will work with my team and my colleagues from other departments to meet our goal of providing our passengers with a positive journey through our airport.
• I will be working outside in all weather conditions.
• I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team’ culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
• I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays
