Qualifications

  • Applicants must have a full UK licence (2 years) and access to a vehicle.

  • Confidence in mentoring staff and supporting their ongoing development.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating referrals and liaising with hospitals and community teams.
  • Supporting and mentoring staff, students, and volunteers.
  • Conducting risk assessments and welfare checks.
  • Managing rotas and responding to out‑of‑hours queries.
