We are looking for a talented and detail-driven Director of User Experience (UX) to join our growing product and design team. As Director, you will play a critical role in creating visually compelling, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the usability and experience of our software products. You'll manage a team of product designers while contributing hands‑on to projects across the product lifecycle and refine our approach and processes around product design and research.
Working in close partnership with product managers, business analysts, and engineers, you’ll be responsible for translating wireframes and user journeys into pixel‑perfect visual designs and design systems that scale. You’ll bring a user‑first mindset to everything you do, ensuring our products are intuitive, accessible, and on‑brand across all platforms.
