The Strategic Procurement & Planning Division (SPPD) within Caterpillar’s Resource Industries segment is responsible for designing, developing, and connecting world‑class capabilities to create value across the entire ecosystem – from the supply base through our manufacturing process – to connect with our dealers and customers.
Caterpillar’s Strategic Procurement & Planning Division is seeking a dynamic Director Strategic Supplier Quality to establish, monitor and optimize our short‑term and long‑term supply facing quality strategies, and aligns them with business goals. This role will report to the Vice President of Procurement within SPPD and will hold a pivotal role in our mission to connect the physical and digital worlds of Caterpillar’s supply value chain to transform the way we do business and maximize our competitive advantage.
Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in quality or procurement related roles with increasing responsibility.
