A leading micromobility company is seeking a Director, Global People Solutions to lead their People Operations team. This remote position requires extensive experience in People Operations and expertise in HR technology, particularly Workday. The role involves modernizing processes, ensuring compliance, and enhancing employee experiences across various teams. We’re looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking People leader to join our team as Director, Global People Solutions. As we enter our next stage of growth, you’ll design Lime’s People infrastructure, advancing our systems, processes, and service delivery to build efficient, compliant, and employee-centered operations. You’ll lead a global team focused on operational excellence across people (HR) systems and operations, ensuring our foundation scales with the business. You recognize their power in shaping a positive and consistent work culture, ensuring systems make work easier and help every employee do their best work at Lime.
The ideal candidate brings depth in People Operations and systems design, and a proven ability to elevate People Operations into a strategic driver of growth. You thrive in complexity and see transformation as opportunity, bringing clarity, structure, and inspiration to evolving organizations. You understand how technology, data, and process work together to create clarity, consistency, and great employee experiences. You thrive on translating business needs into practical solutions, and leading teams through modernization and change. You’re equally comfortable shaping long-term people strategies and rolling up your sleeves to make them real.
This is a remote position with a preference for candidates residing in EMEA or the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance‑bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.

Compensation Range: $149K - $256K
