This is a strategic role with direct impact on the company’s expansion, combining leadership, market development, and high-level customer engagement.

In this role, you will:

• Define and execute the European sales and business development strategy.
• Identify, target, and secure strategic clients across utilities, CPOs, OEMs, and large enterprises.
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity creation to contract negotiation and closing.
• Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key stakeholders in the EV charging ecosystem.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and senior-level partner discussions.
• Provide market insights to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
• Contribute to building and mentoring a high-performing commercial team as the business scales.

This role is ideal if you:

• Have proven experience in sales leadership or business development in EV charging, E-mobility, or related infrastructure/clean tech sectors.
• Bring a strong track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals in Europe.
• Possess exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills at C-level.
• Are entrepreneurial, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced growth environment.
• Speak fluent English and German
