Job description

The Director of People oversees multiple critical functions within the People team. This includes the delivery of a trust-wide people strategy that champions staff wellbeing, inclusion, high performance, and workforce development.

They will drive strategic initiatives across the employee lifecycle - from recruitment and retention to development and engagement - while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and a culture that reflects the Trust's values.
