Job description

Domestic Considerations : 27 - 60 RSDs per year. RCAM Army Reserve post flexibility to work late nights weekends and attend an ACT up to 2 weeks.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the career management of all Band soldiers.
  • To provide the leadership and executive management of the Band.
  • To ensure that the musical training and standards of the Band is to the highest level of attainment and in accordance with the policy directives of DRCAM and the Commanding Officer of 37 Signal Regiment.
  • To ensure that all non-musical training is carried out in accordance with the relevant Individual Training Requirement (ITR).
  • To ensure that the standards of morale discipline and welfare of all Band personnel is maintained.
  • To provide advice to Regimental / Corps / on all musical matters.
