We are looking for a Director of Environment and Property with the experience, skills and determination to help us deliver our ambitions and priorities for residents, communities and businesses in Preston. The successful candidate will play a significant role within the Council as part of the Corporate Management Team providing support to the Chief Executive, providing strategic support to Elected Members and extensive strategic direction and collaboration with city anchor partners and stakeholders. With a portfolio responsible for neighbourhood services, environmental health, investment and operational property, engineering and community safety, the role requires a well-trained, highly motivated and dedicated employee to drive forward significant change for the city in a number of priority areas and high profile regeneration projects.
