The role
We are hiring a Director of Digital Marketing to lead our global digital growth. This senior role involves defining and executing our performance marketing strategy across paid media, SEO, experimentation, and analytics. You will lead a team of approximately 15 marketers and manage a multi-million euro budget, working closely with senior leadership to drive scalable growth. The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and capable of shaping vision, developing talent, and optimizing performance.
What you will do
- Own the global digital growth strategy, including performance marketing, experimentation, and analytics.
- Lead, coach, and expand a high-performing team of ~15 specialists and agency partners.
- Drive full-funnel acquisition through paid media, SEO, programmatic, CRO, and campaign delivery.
- Manage multi-million euro budgets with scenario planning, forecasting, and yield optimization.
- Oversee campaign planning from concept to execution, including creative and channel mix.
- Develop and implement an experimentation roadmap to accelerate growth and learning.
- Utilize GenAI tools to improve efficiency, automate workflows, and speed delivery.
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Product Marketing, and Regional Teams to ensure campaign excellence.
- Optimize the marketing tech stack for tagging, attribution, analytics, and CRO tools.
- Coordinate with Sales, BI, and RevOps to enhance tracking, conversion, and pipeline.
- Monitor market activity to inform strategy and identify new growth opportunities.
What you bring
- 7+ years in global B2B performance marketing, preferably in SaaS or related software industries.
- 4+ years leading teams, with a track record of growth in people and results.
- Experience managing and optimizing large digital marketing budgets.
- Deep expertise in paid search, paid social, SEO, CRO, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Proven success with structured experiments and growth programs.
- Confidence in using GenAI to enhance productivity and digital delivery.
- Strong analytical skills, including dashboard creation and performance modeling.
- Experience managing agency relationships and cross-functional teams globally.
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach, comfortable with strategy and performance analysis.
