Director of Catering - Surrey - £80k

Are you an experienced General Manager from the world of contract catering looking to take the next step towards an Operations Manager position? As the Director of Catering, you will oversee the smooth running of the contract with an annual turnover in excess of £5m. You will lead and inspire a team of up to 50 in this multi-faceted venue, consisting of multiple retail outlets and Hospitality, meeting and event space. Whilst this site will be your home, you will also be responsible for a smaller site with a retail offering.

The ideal Director of Catering will also have the following experience / skills;
