Director of Care (MioCare Group) - MioCare Group
This role is a key one within the Senior Leadership Team, and in doing it, you will support the Managing Director in the delivery of the group’s strategic objectives, ensuring that MioCare delivers high quality services and positive outcomes for Oldham residents.
You will take overall operational ownership for MioCare’s social care operations and continue to translate the Group’s vision and objectives into ongoing effective operational plans, delivering positive outcomes. You will contribute to our overall strategic management and performance plus our development as we progress health and social integration in Oldham. You will be accountable for the delivery of operational services to all required quality standards, ensuring we are in a strong state of readiness for any external regulation.
