Job summary

A leading banking institution in Greater London is looking for a candidate experienced in fund finance origination for its Strategic Fund Solutions team. You will source and structure deals across Private Equity and Venture Capital while improving market visibility and monitoring trends. The ideal candidate should have significant experience in the PE/VC space and a solid understanding of financing needs. This role offers a hybrid work model with a requirement for at least three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Strong prior and relevant experience in originating deals within the PE / VC space.
• Excellent understanding of fund and management company level needs.
• Experience in NAV finance, GP finance, or structured lending preferred.
• Deep knowledge of competition dynamics in the fund finance market.

Responsibilities

• Source new fund finance opportunities across relevant clients.
• Deal structuring of fund finance solutions.
• Conduct initial credit assessments with the Coverage & Debt Finance team.
• Support continuous improvement of market visibility and trends.
• Develop bespoke solutions with a meaningful impact.
