We are a family-owned company providing corporate services to Jersey trading, share transfer and investment holding companies. We are seeking an experienced individual to join our corporate services team. The role holder will form part of the regulatory span of control function.

Responsibilities

• Role holder will form part of the regulatory span of control function.

Qualifications

• A ‘Table 4’ qualification is essential for this role, preferably the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management or ICSA Diploma in Offshore Finance and Administration.
• Alternatively the role could suit a qualified accountant with a sound working knowledge of statutory requirements and AML/CFT legislation.

Additional Details

• We are able to consider reduced hours for this role.
• We are unable to consider candidates with less than 5 years\' residency in Jersey.
