Join Southern Housing as a Direct Services Technician. Are you passionate about delivering high-quality property maintenance services that make a real difference to residents and communities?
We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Direct Services Technician to join our dedicated Reactive Repairs team. Reporting to a Lead Technician and/or Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting Trade Technicians and contributing to a responsive, efficient, and customer-focused maintenance service.
Working across the Isle of Wight you’ll help ensure our homes and facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained. With a “first time fix” ethos and a commitment to excellent communication, you’ll be instrumental in meeting KPIs and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.
