Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour $21.00 / hour (after one year of benefit eligible employment)

Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 11pm-9am

• Individual community outings
• Meal preparation
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Personal care
• Medical appointments

What are Community Outings?

• As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:
• The Movies
• Shopping
• Going to Dinner
• Baseball Game
• Bowling

Qualifications

Candidates with these qualities are encouraged to apply:

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record
• Valid driver’s license; Use of your personal vehicle
• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after
