Digital Trading Executive

position to help drive the performance of our brands across Amazon UK and key online marketplaces, including Tesco, Superdrug, and Holland & Barrett.

In this role, you will support the expansion of our brand portfolio across digital retail channels. You will contribute to optimising product pages, coordinating promotional initiatives, and analysing performance to ensure maximum visibility, strong conversion rates, and sustainable sales growth.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital commerce and FMCG who is looking to grow within a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
Online Marketplace & Retail Account Management
  • Support the day-to-day management of branded and distributor partner accounts across Amazon, Tesco, Superdrug, and Holland & Barrett.
  • Maintain accurate and engaging product content across all digital retail platforms.
  • Assist in planning and executing online promotions, including seasonal campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor product listings to ensure availability, competitive pricing, and strong content performance.
Amazon‑Specific Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Digital Trading Manager to optimise activity within Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
  • Implement search‑driven improvements across product titles, features, keywords, and A+ content.
  • Track key metrics such as Buy Box ownership, conversion rates, advertising performance, and stock health.
  • Support the setup, optimisation, and analysis of Amazon Advertising (PPC) campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Produce weekly and monthly sales and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use analytical tools to identify growth opportunities and areas for improved efficiency and content performance.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing to support strategic planning and promotional decision‑making.
Collaboration & Communication
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to align stock, pricing, and promotional activity.
  • Work with marketplace account managers and external agencies to deliver strong execution across digital retail channels.
  • Support broader digital initiatives, including onboarding new brands and enhancing internal digital trading processes.
Skills & Experience
