Salary : £ 38,832 - £ 48,536 per annum

Hours : Full Time - 36.50

Responsibilities
  • Working within the team and across process partners to support requests, translate the business need, develop requirements, identify and validate multiple data sources, determine priorities, and deliver solutions.
  • Managing the day‑day activities of projects, including overseeing project responsibilities and schedules. Developing contingency plans for potential risks.
  • Directing and motivating project team as the representative of the product owner business needs.
  • Evaluating and managing deliverables to ensure that service expectations are achievable, developed, and met.
  • Monitoring project results for significant deviations. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and processes.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience: Worked in an IT capacity serving the data reporting and visualization needs of an internal or external business unit, used Agile Methodology, Azure DevOps, Tableau or Power BI, and Snowflake platform, and supported systems with multiple different data sources and data owners.
  • Attitude: Service oriented mindset; someone that likes to help others.
  • Aptitude: Naturally inquisitive with an interest in business insights.
  • Skill: Well organized, strong communication, problem solver, report generation with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI), multi‑lingual (preferred).
  • Interest: Desire to work within or directly supporting customer facing business units.
Desired Skills
  • IT Project Management: Knowledge of project management; ability to plan, organize, monitor and control IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
  • IT Standards, Procedures & Policies: Knowledge of Information Technology (IT) standards and policies; ability to utilize a variety of administrative skill sets and technical knowledge to manage organizational IT standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Knowledge of tools, techniques and processes for gathering and reporting data; ability to practice them in a particular department or division of a company.
  • IT Project Control and Reporting: Knowledge of project control and reporting; ability to monitor the vital signs of an IT project while managing its progress and delivery schedule.
Additional Details

Location : Solihull, UK

This position may require occasional domestic travel (less than 10%).
