Our client, an independent, award-winning agency, is looking for a senior strategist to step into a maternity cover leadership role — where your ideas will directly influence client success, and your leadership will be felt across the agency.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading digital PR, SEO, social media, influencer marketing and LLM strategy across client campaigns.
• Acting as senior client lead for SEO-only accounts.
• Overseeing the Planning team’s performance while mentoring Senior Strategists and freelance partners.
• Driving annual and quarterly planning for retained clients — setting KPIs, refining tactics, and course-correcting where needed.
• Shaping new business strategies through audits, insights, and channel roadmaps.
• Translating audience and market data into creative, commercially sharp campaigns.
