Kessington Medical Centre in Bearsden is seeking a warm, approachable, and highly organised individual to join its friendly and supportive team.
The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and professional service at the reception desk. This role involves arranging appointments, signposting patients to the appropriate services, and ensuring clear communication throughout their visit.
In addition, the position requires proficiency in using clinical software systems to manage patient records, process prescriptions, and handle queries efficiently. Other responsibilities include scanning and filing documents, maintaining accurate data, and supporting the smooth operation of the practice.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, values teamwork, and is committed to delivering outstanding patient care.
Salary : £10,920 per annum.
21 hours over 2.5 set days. Days still to be determined but would be 2x days 9am to 6pm and 1x day 9am to 2pm.
